Rent To Own Homes Las Vegas-No Credit Checks
* Credit checks and credit bureaus: Eliminated! * Conventional financing: Eliminated! * Variable and adjustable rates: Eliminated! * Immediate move-in – No waiting for months for loan applications to be denied. * Super low down payment – Down payment a fraction of what bank’s charge * Equity build-up – much faster than conventional financing. * The amount applied toward your purchase each month is double or triple that of conventional mortgages. ——————– Let me ask you something: How long have you been renting and how much equity have you built-up? Imagine if you had bought your home just five years ago: instead shelling-out $80000.00 renting, you could very well be sitting on over $103050.00 worth of home equity right now. Now just think if you had you bought about ten years ago, because then you could be sitting on $206100.00 or more in home equity right now to spend any way you wanted. Could you use an extra $100000.00 – $200000.00 right now? And yet you would most likely have been able to right-off an additional $52250.00 on your taxes. It’s obvious that even with Las Vegas home prices well off their peak, over time, home values here definitely go up. Now you see why more wealth has been made in real estate than in all other investments combined and why the average home owner has 60x the net worth of the average renter. That’s a 6000% increase in the net worth of the average homeowner vs. the average renter. ————————– How does Rent To Own …

IS there a way to find out which credit bureau a creditor uses to approve or deny your application?
I am 19 and have an account on Experian that is not mine, I am currently disputing it however its charge off and has that score at like a 537. I have okay credit with transunion and equifax (690 and 671) and I have been told that creditors subscribe to a credit bureau and use it every time they receive an application to approve or deny. When I call and ask they say ” we use all three” which is not true b/c when i get the denial letter it lists which credit bureau they checked.
I am NOT going to apply for too many cards and have heard the American Express ONE is pretty easy to get. I have added a security freeze to my experian file so if anyone tries to use that bureau, they will be rejected ( as they would deny me if they seen the charge off). I just want to know if there is anyway to find out which bureau a creditor uses BEFORE applying for their card?

Is there a way of knowing which stores use which credit bureau?
I am interested in getting some type of store card (example: walmart, old navy, target, best buy and others)
Are there certain stores that get your credit report from one bureau or another?
The reason I am asking is because my credit is not the best and transunion seems to have alot of bad things in my report and the other two dont?
Is there anything I can do or a way of knowing?

Is the Credit bureau here in The US share information with the Credit bureau of Canada about consumers?
If you move to Canada do your good credit here in the US follows you there? I mean is your record automatically transferred to the Credit Bureau of Canada or you will have to start from scratch when you get there. Or you need to initiate the process of data transfer yourself?

If I successfully dispute an error on my credit report with one credit bureau, will all 3 bureaus fix my score?
Can i sue my utilities company for reporting to the credit bureau without disclosing to me?
My home gas company never disclosed to me that they would be reporting my payments to the credit bureau.i just pulled my credit report and saw 2 late payments(its the only late payments i have in my 7 year history!).they send me bills but its usually erratic so i may have missed those payments.I have called them to remove the late payments,i also told them that i am willing to pay a late payment fee but they have refused. Do i have any legal options?.i am trying to buy a house but the late payment is hurting me
