Are unpaid ebay fees reported to the Credit Bureau?

If you list an item on ebay, and then don’t pay the ebay fees, will you be reported to the credit bureau and will it go against your credit score?

    eBay uses collection agencies to recover outstanding balances. The collection agency will put a negative trade line on your report, and it will have eBay listed as the original creditor.

    eBay does not report directly to the credit bureaus.
