    Send COPIES not the origionals!
    Yes.They need these papers to verify your discharge & take your debts off the record.

    Eliminate the bankruptcy? As for as I know there is no way to remove the record of a BK from your credit report. As time goes by it become less important if you’ve maintained good credit since then though.

    After seven years, it may be removed from your credit by the reporting companies in a “reasonable” amount of time, (which can be up to six months)

    The bankruptcy will not come off the credit bureau since it has been discharged. It will only update the status with your discharge date under the public record section. The bankruptcy will stay on there for 10 years.

    Sorry, bankruptcies stay for 10 years, not 7.
