How can I report delinquencies to a credit bureau?

Chris D asked:

I own multiple rental units and also do some owner finance. Is it hard for me to report payment activities to the credit bureaus? Does it cost too much? I want to help these people build their credit score, so maybe one day a bank will refinance them.

In order to report to the bureau, you have to be a member. Try calling Trans Union customer service toll free @ 1-866-922-2100.

You asked can I report delinquencies, how would that help people build their credit because I’m thinking you meant to damage their score, but by all means if they are in default, you are a landlord and you would have to go to court to get a judgement against the renter/s before it would be applied to their credit, as far as reporting the good standing of a renter/s history that is not done, only in defaults.
