    It’s strictly up to the credit bureau. It depends on the situation. They can take as long as they want because most people do not have enough money to fight the credit bureau. If you don’t believe it just give them a call, get smart with them and you will see what I am talking about. Once it’s on there it could take years to get it removed. Then again, if your lucky and get to talk to the right person it could take a few days or less.

    Experian) usually update their credit data every 90 days.
