No, you will have to go through the whole process with each bureau.
There is a way around this, per the Fair Credit Reporting Act if you dispute the error with the original creditor and they can not verify it as correct they are required to notify all 3 bureaus.

You should put separate dispute letters with each credit bureau where the inaccurate information exists. For example, you may have an incorrect medical bill showing up on one report but not another. Send dispute letters to the bureaus which show the incorrect info and then if one of the bureaus updates your credit report to remove the item, notify any of the other credit bureaus that this item has been corrected.
