Hi. Go to annualcreditreport.com. Click on each CB’s icon. Then proceed to the contact us links at the upper right of each page. I recently went through this. I sent certified mail so that I could document everything. To speed the process, make a cover letter detailing each issue and attach the correponding documentation. GOOD LUCK! They have 30 days.
