Everything depends on the landlord, but most only check 1 bureau. While all 3 bureau’s have reports all over the country, it seems like each part of the country has a favorite one used by businesses. So, as to which one is most up to date and reliable, they all should be, but one is checked most often in your area.

it depends on who they have a contract with, which is cheaper for them to use… ect. some companies will just use one. I don’t know if there is one that is used more, they should all be up to date, which is why you should check your reports often.

Since we are able to receive one free report a year from each of the companies. I check one every 4 months getting my free one each time from the different companies.

If you see any discrepancies in any of the reports you need to file a correction with that company, they have a limited amount of time to fix it.
