What the process for flagging the credit of a person with the credit bureaus?

Can anyone tell me what the process for flagging the credit of a person who has not paid their rent with the major credit bureaus?

    You cannot report debts or “flag” a person’s credit record unless you are a subscriber to the credit bureaus.

    Unless you are a member you cannot report

    You can’t. rent is not credit, it is not reportable.

    You can sue them though, the judgment is reported.

    You cant report unless your a member, but judgments will show up.
